Confidence Coaching
Confidence Coaching sessions are designed to support you in building your confidence from a holistic perspective, and are tailored to support YOU and your individual journey.
In these sessions, you will:
Identify and work through internal blocks
Learn techniques to manage anxiety, overwhelm, stress, setbacks, and rejection
Build your lifelong mental toolbox with practices from disciplines including sports psychology, positive psychology, somatics, visualization, and mindfulness
Before the start of your first Confidence Coaching lesson:
There is no preparation required for Confidence Coaching — come as you are! :)
Please be ready and able to take notes via your preferred format
Number Of Lessons:
Confidence Coaching is a practice! This work requires time, focus, and consistency to see lasting results. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all students begin with the 3-session “Peak Performance Package” (available for purchase on the Student Dashboard).
Individual Confidence Check Up sessions may be scheduled at any time.
