Confidence Coaching

Confidence Coaching sessions are designed to support you in building your confidence from a holistic perspective, and are tailored to support YOU and your individual journey. 

In these sessions, you will:

  • Identify and work through internal blocks

  • Learn techniques to manage anxiety, overwhelm, stress, setbacks, and rejection

  • Build your lifelong mental toolbox with practices from disciplines including sports psychology, positive psychology, somatics, visualization, and mindfulness

 

 Before the start of your first Confidence Coaching lesson:

  • There is no preparation required for Confidence Coaching — come as you are! :)

  • Please be ready and able to take notes via your preferred format

 Number Of Lessons:

  • Confidence Coaching is a practice! This work requires time, focus, and consistency to see lasting results. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all students begin with the 3-session “Peak Performance Package” (available for purchase on the Student Dashboard).

  • Individual Confidence Check Up sessions may be scheduled at any time.
